Machine Learning is an AI image-based project exploring digital isolation and escapism, particularly during periods of personal disconnection and the enforced isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Drawing on the visual language of early internet culture, the work presents a stream of low-resolution, fragmented imagery that reflects the overwhelming and often disorienting nature of online environments. The viewer encounters a continuously shifting visual field in which coherence breaks down, mirroring the experience of prolonged immersion in digital space.

 

The project examines how technology becomes both a refuge and a site of disconnection, where identity is mediated through unstable and often excessive streams of information.
