Job Simulator Vol. 1 is an interactive video game work exploring post-graduate uncertainty and the pressure to translate education into stable employment.

 

The project presents a fragmented simulation in which participants navigate multiple possible paths, including persistence, withdrawal, and alternative career routes, each leading to unstable or inconclusive outcomes. The system resists resolution, reflecting the difficulty of finding direction within rigid economic and social structures.

 

Intentionally incorporating glitches and moments of limited control, the work mirrors the frustration and instability of this period, where progress feels uncertain and agency is constantly undermined.
